How Can I Create a User for Custom Migration in Salesforce?

While working on the Custom migration project or scoping the project, our tech team will require access to your Salesforce CRM.

In order to avoid additional verification steps, and emails back-and-forth with sending verification codes to us, you may want to create a separate user for our migration team.

To do this, you must be a super-admin user in Salesforce. Please, check the screenshot to find out how to create a user: 

Please, pay attention to what you fill in the username field: this should contain some unique value, for example: [yourcompanyname]migrations_trujay.com

And user email should be: migrations@trujay.com
