Tactical Rundown:

In order to find your personal API token, please first log in to your Monday.com account.

In the top right corner of the page, click on Account, then Developers:

You will see an option on the left for "My access tokens." After you click on that, you will see the encrypted API token. Click on "Show" on the right:


You will see the API token, which you can copy and paste as needed.
