      What is a Delta Migration?

      Applies to:

      Users who would like to get the latest updated records migrated to the new CRM before the launch.

      Common Causes / Issues:

      The necessity to bring over from the source CRM to the target CRM the latest updated records.

      Tactical Rundown:

      A delta migration is a final migration performed during your Wizard/Custom migration process.

      Delta migration ensures that all the data you have requested to be migrated is transferred and your target CRM is up to date right before the launch. 

      There are three options for a delta migration:

      1. Create New Records - migrate only newly created records that have entered your source CRM since the most recent migration
      2. Update Changed Records - migrate only update records that have entered source CRM since the most recent migration
      3. Create New Records & Update Changed Records = migrate newly created and updated records that have entered source CRM since the most recent migration.
